WHAT TO SEND US:

• A picture / digital file (SVG, DXF, DWG or Ai), items size, amount needed and material required.
• Digital files can be sent to: makethecut@360lasers.co.uk

Selecting the wrong package may result in us requesting additional payment if the project requires lots of cutting/engraving/detailing. If you are unsure, please fill in our enquiry form and we will come back to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm).

Materials:

  • Wood: MDF & Plywood - 1-4mm thick

  • Acrylic: Clear Acrylic, Coloured Acrylic & Mirrored Acrylic - 2.5mm, 3mm & 5mm thick

  • Other: Thin Mylar (stencils), A4 Glitter Card & Other

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON DETAILS, CUTTING TIME, DRAWING/EDITING, AND MATERIAL 

***Please allow for a 10mm allowance around the products edge - to be able to fit on material sheet***

Material can be supplied by yourselves to reduce costs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • CUTTING: The laser beam cuts a 0.2mm wide line. If project has tabs, please be aware of this if you are wanting a snug fit and not using glue.

  • MATERIAL: Though we state material thickness there is a chance of thickness discrepancies, a chance of 0.2 - 0.4mm thickness difference

  • POSTAGE: Each order will be wrapped safely in thick cardboard, bubble wrap and/or thick paper packaging material.

  • PROCESSING TIME/DELIVERY: All custom projects are 'made to order' and can take 1-2 days  to make & pack - Larger orders will take longer and dependant on material

  • CUSTOM SPRAYED COLOURS:  We have a working spray booth. based on time available ~ But we may be able to help with custom colours, PAL code needed.

  • STICKING/GLUING OR ASSEMBLY:  Please mention if this is required.
