Shop:

Opening hours:

  • We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm
  • Closed Saturday - Sunday & bank holidays
  • Please message us with any enquiries and we'll try and get back to you with 24 hours (mon-fri)

Processing time:

  • All products are made to order and can take 1-3 business day to make depending on queue, but we will always try to make your product as soon as possible

Suppliers:

  • Orders from different suppliers maybe dispatched separately

Deliveries:

  • Postage costs: £3.49
  • Orders over £70 are free
  • We use Evri or Royal Mail for all small orders.
  • Orders can take 2-5 days to arrive.
  • Each order will have a tracking number.
  • An email notification will be sent out once the order has been dispatched, any issues be contact us by replying the email or contacting makethecut@360lasers.co.uk with your order number and details.

Returns:

Basic information:

  • PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL BEFORE ARRANGING ANY RETURNS
  • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item providing it has not been used in any way.
  • You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Postage is paid by the buyer and may not be refunded
  • Photographic proof may be required for all order enquiries with regards to replacements, refunds and returns.
  • Orders are Dispatched by 360Lasers or our sister site: The Vanilla Valley.

Returns: If the product arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us via email before arranging any returns.
  • We will offer a replacement or a refund, as long as photographic proof is provided (Photos of Box, damage and whole order)
  • You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns: Personalised items:

  • Personalised items are not refunded unless it is a fault of our own, e.g: we put the incorrect spelling etc

Returns: used items

  • Unfortunately refunds can not be issued on used products

My product smells:

  • If orders are processed quickly, you may find a slight smell. This is from the laser cutting machine cutting out the material and harmless. Any smells from the laser cutters will dissipate over time.

My product is blue/green when I ordered clear!

  • All acrylic products will have a protective cover. This protects the material from the laser cutters and help protect the surface during delivery.
  • There will have a protective film/cover on both sides, this may look White, Clear, Green or Blue and is easily be peeled off before use.

Scorch marks:

  • The Wood may have some scorch marks on each side of the material.
  • This is due to the cutting process where the laser burns through the material, but no need to worry as marks can easily be removed with sanding (we will try to help and sand the worst ones)

To attach to wall: 

  • We recommend screwing to the wall or OR using double sticky tape or foam pads (not included) - a good quality brand will ensure your design stays in place.

Custom and Bespoke Designs:

  • We have 4 packages available ranging from simple designing to complex multi-layer products. 
  • Please message us with your enquiry and we'll get back to you with 24 hours (mon-fri)
  • Please include design description, quantity of items, a link or copy of the picture/design file and the material requirement.
