MATERIAL:

WE DON’T CUT METAL

Below is a list of materials we can provide, but we are also happy to source or for you or provide the materials depending on design/budget. Each material is an additional fee

• MDF: 2mm thick - Great for templates, layered projects and can be covered in paint.

• PLYWOOD: 4mm thick - A fibrous natural looking light-coloured wood. (sometimes 3mm or 0.8mm is available)

• CLEAR Acrylic: 2.5mm, 3mm and 5mm thick

• Coloured Acrylic: Black & White in 3mm & 5mm - Gloss finish.

• Coloured Acrylic: Red, Navy Blue, Green, Pastel pink/blue in 3mm - All gloss finish apart from the pastel which has a matt finish on 1 side.

• Mirrored Acrylic: 3mm thick - Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold shatterproof reflective mirrored acrylic. Lighter and safer than glass.

• Thin Mylar: A thin opaque plastic used in creating simple and detailed stencils.

• Card: A4 Glitter card cutting available in a vast range of coloured.

• Others: We do have other materials available, but these are a special request and may require ordering in supplies. e.g: Yellow, navy, green or orange acrylic etc

SHEET SIZES: 

• MDF: 1190mm x 890mm
• Plywood: 370mm x 750mm
• Clear Acrylic: 1190mm x 600mm (also black & White)
• Mirrored Acrylic: 420mm x 297mm (A3)

We are limited to be able send out projects no bigger then 60cm, if you require larger sizes please get in contact (Collection also available)

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON DETAILS, CUTTING TIME, DRAWING/EDITING, AND MATERIAL 

***Please allow for a 5-10mm allowance around the products edge - to be able to fit on material sheet***

Material can be supplied by yourselves to reduce costs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• CUTTING: The laser beam cuts a 0.2mm wide line. If project has tabs, please be aware of this if you are wanting a snug fit and not using glue.

• MATERIAL: Though we state material thickness there is a chance of thickness discrepancies, a chance of 0.2 - 0.4mm thickness difference

• POSTAGE: Each order will be wrapped safely in thick cardboard, bubble wrap and/or thick paper packaging material.

• ESTIMATED TIME/DELIVERY: All custom projects are 'made to order' and can take 1-2 days  to make & pack - Larger orders will take longer and dependant on material

• CUSTOM SPRAYED COLOURS:  We have a working spray booth. Please ask first as this will be based on time available ~ But we may be able to help with custom colours, PAL code needed.

• STICKING/GLUING OR ASSEMBLY:  Please mention if this is required.
