PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

  • Drawing and Cutting Service - Our designers can create vector artwork ready for laser cutting, to bring your idea to life.
  • Project Size between 20cm and 40cm. For larger sizes, please fill out our enquiry form HERE
  • Choice of materials and thicknesses available (see below).

IMPORTANT:

  • If your project dosen't fit within a 40cm box, please select the next size option. Selecting the wrong package may result in us requesting additional payment. If you are unsure, please fill in our enquiry form HERE and we will come back to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

MATERIALS:

  • MDF, Plywood, Clear Acrylic, Coloured Acrylic, Mirrored Acrylic, Thin Mylar (stencils), A4 Glitter Card & Other

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • CUTTING: The laser beam cuts a 0.2mm wide line. If project has tabs, please be aware of this if you are wanting a snug fit and not using glue.

  • MATERIAL: Though we state material thickness there is a chance of thickness discrepancies, a chance of 0.2 - 0.4mm thickness difference

  • POSTAGE: Each order will be wrapped safely in thick cardboard, bubble wrap and/or thick paper packaging material.

  • ESTIMATED TIME/DELIVERY: All custom projects are 'made to order' and can take 1-2 days  to make & pack - Larger orders will take longer and dependant on material

  • CUSTOM SPRAYED COLOURS:  We have a working spray booth. Please ask first as this will be based on time available ~ But we may be able to help with custom colours, PAL code needed.

  • STICKING/GLUING OR ASSEMBLY:  Please mention if this is required.

Please Note

Suppliers:

  • Orders from different suppliers maybe dispatched separately

Processing time:

  • All products are made to order and can take 1-3 business day to make depending on queue, but we will always try to make your product as soon as possible

Acrylic:

  • All acrylic products will have a protective cover. This protects the material from the laser cutters and help protect the surface during delivery.
  • There will have a protective film/cover on both sides, this may look White, Clear, Green or Blue and is easily be peeled off before use.

Wood:

  • The Wood may have some scorch marks on each side of the material.
  • This is due to the cutting process where the laser burns through the material, but no need to worry as marks can easily be removed with sanding (we will try to help and sand the worst ones)

My product smells:

  • If orders are processed quickly, you may find a slight smell. This is from the laser cutting machine cutting out the material and harmless. Any smells from the laser cutters will dissipate over time.

  • You’ll be able to find an instructions page at the bottom of the screen (footer) that can be viewed online or printed.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item providing it has not been used in any way.

Returns basic information:

  • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item providing it has not been used in any way.

  • You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Photographic proof may be required for all order enquiries with regards to replacements, refunds and returns.

  • Postage is paid by the buyer and may not be refund

  • Orders are Dispatched by The Vanilla Valley.

  • We will offer a replacement or a refund, as long as photographic proof is provided (Photos of Box, damage and whole order)
