This page is for payments for bespoke custom laser cutting services.

With several pricing options available, the process is easy. Simply fill in the enquiry form and we will come back to you with our quote.

Please note the £5 option is for to be used as an 'add on' or an adjustment to costs if required

  • Prices start at £10 for simple designs.
  • We will let you know which option to select.
  • Price is based on material used, drawing time and cutting time.
  • Each order will be wrapped safely in thick cardboard, bubble wrap and/or thick paper packaging material. 
  • All custom projects are 'made to order' and can take 1-2 days to make & pack. (Batch orders are longer)

Multi item discounts available and prices are based on material usage and cutting time - Option prices shown will change based on project costs.

SHEET SIZES: 

  • MDF: 1190mm x 890mm
  • Plywood: 370mm x 750mm
  • Clear Acrylic: 1190mm x 600mm (also black & White)
  • Mirrored Acrylic: 420mm x 297mm (A3)

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON DETAILS, CUTTING TIME, DRAWING/EDITING, AND MATERIAL 

Please Note

Suppliers:

  • Orders from different suppliers maybe dispatched separately

Processing time:

  • All products are made to order and can take 1-3 business day to make depending on queue, but we will always try to make your product as soon as possible

Acrylic:

  • All acrylic products will have a protective cover. This protects the material from the laser cutters and help protect the surface during delivery.
  • There will have a protective film/cover on both sides, this may look White, Clear, Green or Blue and is easily be peeled off before use.

Wood:

  • The Wood may have some scorch marks on each side of the material.
  • This is due to the cutting process where the laser burns through the material, but no need to worry as marks can easily be removed with sanding (we will try to help and sand the worst ones)

My product smells:

  • If orders are processed quickly, you may find a slight smell. This is from the laser cutting machine cutting out the material and harmless. Any smells from the laser cutters will dissipate over time.

  • You’ll be able to find an instructions page at the bottom of the screen (footer) that can be viewed online or printed.

Returns

If you have any issues with your order, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL BEFORE ARRANGING ANY RETURNS!

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item providing it has not been used in any way.

Returns basic information:

  • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the item providing it has not been used in any way.

  • You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Photographic proof may be required for all order enquiries with regards to replacements, refunds and returns.

  • Postage is paid by the buyer and may not be refund

  • Orders are Dispatched by The Vanilla Valley.

  • We will offer a replacement or a refund, as long as photographic proof is provided (Photos of Box, damage and whole order)
