Fixings:

MDF Flat Pack Kit - Self-assembly required. Your Post Box will arrive in multiple parts making it easy to paint before assembly - instructions included.
Easy to assemble, this box has been designed to fit together can be secured with wood glue (PVA) or another strong adhesive.
This post box design has a 2 layered front, with 'birthday post' attached to the front layer.
Each design has a hinged back for easy access to posted cards and can be tied closed with a ribbon or a Small Padlock to safeguard the contents (not supplied)

We also offer a personalised option where you can choose to change the MDF letters and include a colourful Royal mail style sign.

DIY Flat-packed Post Box Kit
Please remove post box pieces carefully! Parts may be fragile.
Masking tape may be used to hold small parts, this can be carefully peeled off.
Any potential marks from the masking tape can be easily sanded or covered in paint
Designed to fit together, can be secured with wood glue (PVA) or another strong adhesive for wood.
Sometimes all the pieces can be simply clicked together first, then gently opening the back and applying glue within. This can reduce construction time.

Please read instructions and refer to listings photos before emailing. But we are happy to assist in any way we can.

There may be a smell to the wood, this is due to the laser cutter and will fade in shortly.

Not suitable for outdoor use in wet weather as moisture will make the MDF swell.

Processing time:

All products are made to order and can take 1-3 business day to make depending on queue, but we will always try to make your product as soon as possible

Acrylic:

All acrylic products will have a protective cover. This protects the material from the laser cutters and help protect the surface during delivery.
There will have a protective film/cover on both sides, this may look White, Clear, Green or Blue and is easily be peeled off before use.

Wood:

The Wood may have some scorch marks on each side of the material.
This is due to the cutting process where the laser burns through the material, but no need to worry as marks can easily be removed with sanding (we will try to help and sand the worst ones)

My product smells:

If orders are processed quickly, you may find a slight smell. This is from the laser cutting machine cutting out the material and harmless. Any smells from the laser cutters will dissipate over time.
