Each board is made from natural wood, meaning slight variations in colour and texture may occur, making each piece unique. While the engraving is permanent, frequent use may cause slight fading over time.

Processing time:

All products are made to order and can take 1-3 business day to make depending on queue, but we will always try to make your product as soon as possible

Acrylic:

All acrylic products will have a protective cover. This protects the material from the laser cutters and help protect the surface during delivery.
There will have a protective film/cover on both sides, this may look White, Clear, Green or Blue and is easily be peeled off before use.

Wood:

The Wood may have some scorch marks on each side of the material.
This is due to the cutting process where the laser burns through the material, but no need to worry as marks can easily be removed with sanding (we will try to help and sand the worst ones)

My product smells:

If orders are processed quickly, you may find a slight smell. This is from the laser cutting machine cutting out the material and harmless. Any smells from the laser cutters will dissipate over time.
