Processing time:

All products are made to order and can take 1-3 business day to make depending on queue, but we will always try to make your product as soon as possible

Acrylic:

All acrylic products will have a protective cover. This protects the material from the laser cutters and help protect the surface during delivery.
There will have a protective film/cover on both sides, this may look White, Clear, Green or Blue and is easily be peeled off before use.

Wood:

MDF/Plywood
The Wood may have some scorch marks on each side of the material.
This is due to the cutting process where the laser burns through the material, but no need to worry as marks can easily be removed with sanding (we will try to help and sand the worst ones)
Warping: we will try our best to pick the best sheets to cut from, but if the product shows signs of warping: we recommend leaving it under something weighted (like books) for a few days.

Chopping boards:

Due to the natural variations in wood grain, each engraving will have a unique finish. While the engraving is permanent, heavy use over time may cause slight fading.
Chopping boards can be resealed with food-safe mineral oil or board cream
It is recommended (on google) to oil your cutting board every month or when dry to the touch.
